Hey Bros,
I usually get adex powder with a little scooper that doses it at .25. I now have these 1mg caps. I assume some of you guys have them as well b/c they are put out by a popular UG lab. 1mg more then I am used to taking- What would be the best way to use them?? Thanks

In that instance I take 1mg Mon/Wed/Fri. I'm doing that now on 1200mg T, works fine. I have had gyno surgery though, way before arimidex ever existed. So have nolva handy if this is a concern for you.
