OK so I am going to be taking 900mg test e + 300 tren a per week
My question is I am going to start arimidex 2 weeks in
My question please is on dosages and length of time taking arimidex

That’s a lot of test bro. If you’re at the level where you’re doing that much, how do you not know how much AI you personally need? How many cycles have you done and what are your stats?

Hi there its just what I have in to run like an 8 week course
I done 1 other cycle a long time ago just getting back into it
I'm 5ft 8“ and 85kg

I can’t in good conscience tell you to take that much test. Don’t just take that much because that’s how much you have. You don’t need anywhere near that. I also wouldn’t suggest running Tren for a second cycle. Save it for down the line. I’d recommend doing a test only cycle at a moderate dose 400-500mg a week for 10-12 weeks. Use this time to learn how your body reacts to testosterone and how it handles converting to estrogen.

no one can tell you how much AI you need as it’s different for everyone. Get mid cycle bloodwork and Monitor how your body is responding and adjust from there. Then you’ll have an idea how much AI you’ll need down the line as your cycles include more compounds.
