I'm curious if any of you have a arm thats bigger then the other one cause my right arm looks way more beefy then my left arm and its noticeable,
(basically right side of my body is bigger then my left side)
like i remember some kid that was friends with one of mine and he asked me why was my one arm bigger then the other and i totally hated that and makes me feel like my body is deformed :(

how can i actually fix this, help would be most appreciated and if you have experienced this issue i would enjoy hearing it.

sincerely

My right arm is bigger than my left as well as the right side of my back is more developed. I have a 28 degree curvature of my spine and my ortho attributes the size difference to that. I have brought up my left side a lot by doing a little heavier weight than my right side on isolation exercises.

My left arm is slightly larger than my right. I switched to all dumbell workouts and it has helped.

I think this is pretty common so dont get too worked up about it you deformed looking mutant.

My right is bigger, but I'm sure only I notice it. Years of training and adding tons of mass, And using dbs, still hasn't seemed to totally fix it.

"Looks way more beefy"?? Measure it, I'm sure the imbalance isn't as bad as you think.

My right arm is bigger than my left, but my left bicep has a more defined peak. The left side of my traps is also bigger than the right, though it's only really noticeable when I flex. Shit happens.

That's how I feel like I do use dumbbells when I lift and it just seems like my right arm grows faster then my left, even though I train my left more then my right..

I haven't measured it but when I flex in the mirror you can tell that my right arm is way bigger then my left and my left one looks skinny and I seriously hate it like my whole left side is smaller then my right and it's embarrassing.

Whatever you guys do, just don't be that guy with two different weights of db in their hands lol. Saw this chubby kid doing that the other day and just didn't even know where to begin with him, so let him do his thing.

As long as the differences are within about a half inch you are perfectly normal. Even slightly beyond that really, but it does become more noticeable at that point. My right arm is .5 inches bigger than my left, but my left arm is more lean and somehow with caliper testing shows a lower bf% than my right.

Look at any competitive bodybuilder, u will see asymetry somewhere. My non-dominant side (left) is bigger in literally every muscle to some degree, but generally my right side is more "developed"

My knee is the worst. Inch difference at the knee, only .25 difference mid thigh
