have used cycles twice, last cycle was supertest250 and deca200, have had very good results. Chest, back, and leg growth seems good, but arm growth leaves a lot to be desired. I work out 5 days a week for about 1.5hrs. I dedicate 1 day to arms, and usually do a quick arm workout on back and shoulder day at opposit ends of the week. Is this to much? Next cycle will be sustannon and primobolan, winstrol. should I stick with this cycle or stay with the mass steroids for my arms

yeah i defintely think you're over training them..i mean you've gotta think how much of our arms are already incorporated into the other exercises..pressing works the triceps whether it's doing the chest or shoulders..and pulling type exercises sometimes work the biceps and forearms so a extra quick workout on your back/shoulder days won't really be necessary..if anything it might take away from the main exercises at hand...gotta let your arms recuperate man..resting is just as important as training hard..

On your arm day, I hope you don't dedicate 1.5 hours to your arm workout. Your chest day also works arms and your back/shoulder day also works arms and you feel your arms aren't getting enough work? So you add in another arm workout on your back day?

So if I understand this correctly, those bodyparts that are getting worked once a week, like chest, back and legs are all growing while your arms, which are getting worked 4 times a week, aren't growing. Hopefully, enough said.

When I use cycles and like toconcentrate on my arms I work them 2x a week I train bis at the end of my leg work out and tris at the end of my chest and I devote one day at the end of week of arms only. I usually get nice growth on these routine.

Well everybody's different but given the info you gave us you must be working them to much. try to lay off a little and see what happens. Good luck
