arnold split on

Bonjours.
Here is my first post, I am French and I am not good at English so I use google trad, so I hope you will understand me well and if not I apologize.
It does not seem to me that my question has already been posted on the forum

Here I always marked by the double split popularized by Arnold, but most of the articles that I read, explained that it was not for the common man. But even on the steroid forums I am not seen by people who practice this kind of program. So my question is is it possible to practice a double split while being on? Or someone here has already practiced this method
 
With double split I believe you mean higher frequency, so repeat the training days twice a week. I believe it's up to you, you can train twice a week 6x if you can recover from it.

Morning Chest
Evening Back

Tuesday and Friday
Morning Shoulder

Wenesday and saturday

Evening Hamstring

more abs and calves every day
To do during a cycle of testo enanthate and deca

Or else a Push/Pull/Leg/x2 ou un Push/Pull/Leg/Upper/Lower

In fact it is mainly a means for me to double the volume of training in cycle knowing that we generally have a better recovery. Because I always understood that on paper making more volume was interesting but that it was the recovery that made it less productive
Afterwards maybe I'm on the wrong track
 
More volume means less intensity, it depends on how much volume you are planning to do and mostly how you like to train. For example I prefer to train with high intensity and lowish volume.

There's no reason you couldn't do this, but be careful and make sure you're able to recover enough between muscle groups.

I often go up to a 6 day PPL routine when bulking. I would not do it at or below maintenance though.
 
On my first cycle I did one of his splits;

chest/back/lower back 1,3,5
Shoulders/arms/legs 2,4,6
(if I remember correctly)

And I can say the results were great but come somewhere like week 14 onwards the strains just started to build up.
