Dr. Mark Gordon and Dr. Karlis Ullis.

Thanks for that, I am going to Google them. I have been seeing Dr Hertoghe is Belgium. So far I am not getting on too well with getting all the Hormones balanced. Are the above docs you mentioned in the same league. From what I read Dr Hertoghe is meant to be the best?.You may wish to PM a reply? if politically tricky

What do antiaging doc's usually prescribe besides HGH?

testosterone in all the usual form (oil based, creams, gels, pellets, etc), HCG, thyroid, adrenals,
pregnenolone (pills and compounded topical), dhea, progesterone, estrogen (cream or troche). and very often a bunch of nutraceuticals. This and alot of directives about diet and exercise.

What is "nutraceuticals", why use it.
Is it by prescription or over the counter?
Names of some nutraceuticals, brand names.

Sly did look unbelievable for his age right up until five years ago or something; not that he looks that terrible now or anything, but the plastic surgery makes his face seem a little messed up.

Omega 3's, herbals like saw palmetto, ALA, ALCAR, etc.

Some manufacturers who do pharmaceutical grade production: Life Extension, Pure Encapsulations, etc. Life Extension Ultra Nutrient is good. Pure Encapsulation has one that's similar.

The docs are also going to measure inflammation factors like C-reactive protein, ferritan, IL-6, TNF, etc. Tracking serum glucose is very important for people doing HGH. Again these are things that may differentiate an antiaging doc from others. When I was a patient of Dr. Ullis, he would measure my waiste on every visit. He would also ask for weekly samples of food and exercise diaries as needed.

At lef.org I cannot find Ultra Nutrient
if it is that good please provide link.

On last test my risk factors and glucose, A1c and insuline look as follows:

23 C-reactive protein CRP 0.5 mg/dL (<0.8) LEF likes it at <0.55
24 Fibrinogen 418 mg/dL (175-425) LEF likes it at 180–250 ------------ H
25 Hematocrit 47.7 % (38.5-50)
26 Hemoglobin A1C 5.4 % (<6) LEF likes it at Below 4.6% ------------ H
27 Homocysteine, cardio 6.9 MICROmol/L (<11.4) LEF likes it at <7.2
28 Lipoprotein (A) Lp(A) 30.7 nmol/L (<75.0) LEF likes it at <20mg/dL
49 Glucose, fasting 105 mg/dL (65-99) LEF likes it at 70-85 ------------ H
50 Insuline, serum 5 micro IU/mL (<17)

Prolactin 5.5 ng/mL (2.0-18.0) Shippen likes it less than 3.0 ---------------- H

Any suggestions on how to fight my high numbers?

Sorry, LEF.com sells Life Extension MIx. Ultra Nutrient is sold at purecaps.com. If you go to Ron Rothenberger's site you will find reference to his use of the supplements. He has also posted some great videos from his lectures on antiaging medicine. Sorry for the confusion Jan.
