Can i move from 0.5 arimidex twice a week to one 25mg aromasin once weekly or maybe 1/4 pill eod.? Or what will the approach be.

0.5 mg Arimidex is equal to roughly 12.5mg aromasin. 12.5 twice a week or 6.25 EOD should work about the same. I would do at least 2x a week.

1mg anastrozole = 25mg exemestane.

The half-life of anastrozole is 50 hours and exemestane 24 hours.

Do your math.

I read the aromasin is a suicide pill that will kill estrogen very fast and indefinitely

You can use aromasin as needed it doesn’t have to be twice per week or eod. You may need AI once a month exemestane will do its job because it’s a suicidal AI and will kill aromatise enzyme forever.

Yes, but anastrozole is easier to use. Though some prefer one over the other, as long as it works then it's fine.

I’d dose the aromasin more frequently than once per week for sure. 12.5 twice a week would theoretically work.

I would go with aromasin (and i'm currently using it) as it's better on lipids between all the AI's.
