Aromasin dosing

Hey guys,
I have recently started taking 300mg Test e a week.
I inject 3 Times a week.
How high should I Dose my aromasin?
Im 22 years old and 18% bf

I have thought about taking 12,5mg eod or e3d

What did your precycle blood work show for e2 levels? Are you having sides already? Why would you add it if it's not needed? Did you study these compounds and cycle planning enough before just jumping in?

I planned Most of it to be honest.
My e2 was at 33,5 pq/ml.
I had servere brainfog and headache until I took 12,5mg today. Now it has almost gone down.

At least you followed the forum rules.

Aromasin is dosed very different per person hence the need for pre labs, labs during cycles & labs after trying a certain dose of a compound.

If you have high e2. Start low.
Don’t want to crash your e2.

I wouldn’t consider brain fog a high e2 symptom

Yes I know I Kinda rushed it.
But theres no going back now. I am planning blast and Cruise.
You think a 12,5mg e3d is good? Or should I take it next when sides creep up again.
I’m getting bloodwork in a month.

If this is for trt you shouldn't run an AI for trt. Lower the testosterone dose until AI is not needed. If this is for a cycle you needed ultra sensitive e2 test after around 6 weeks to determine if AI needed. Going by feel is for the future when you know your ultra sensitive e2 without AI and with AI. 33pg/ml e2 is normal range anyway. For me and my personal preference that's low. I like higher

12.5mg e3d sounds excessive too. I would start with 12.5mg once a week, especially since you were already at 33 which is normal range. Move to twice a week from there. I'm not you but honestly Im going with placebo effect for saying you had brain fog/headache and aromasin cured it

Oh yeah misunderstood then. But yeah if you already took 12.5mg I would just stick to it once a week for now and check an ultrasensitive e2 in two weeks. Then you'll at least know where you're at with 300 test and 12.5 aromasin and can adjust from there
