Yeah it's just starting to look a little shady to me. The last time he was on was 4/8 saying family emergency would be back in a week tops. It's been a month now and he is supposedly replying to emails and filling orders but can't address the board at all. Just has the alarms screaming in my head. But then again could just be me.

Okay...let me say helix emailed me Friday. He said he just received the goods and just started catching up. I placed a order that afternoon and received tracking next day. Yes SATURDAY...so ihmo he's still gtg fellas.
He told me there were 88 emails he had to go through and I happen to be the first one he saw cause I was keeping contact with him since a week an a half ago when he ran out and was waiting for his cookie dough to come in, which came two days late. I'm sure he leads a regular life like we do...baking cookies is strenuous and time consuming and that's not including answering emails and finding time coming up here...give him a break folks. He will come thru
I was't saying he wasn't. I'm saying that it looks shady. You have have to admit that. Why can't he come on and say these things instead of people saying them for him. That's what I'm getting at. He can email and send packs but can't come here to say anything. Bad for business and does not look good at all. I would rather hear these things from him. I'm sure that I am not the only one that feels this way.
You have a point, he can be more active on here. But all im saying is that it takes a lot of time baking all day all night and im sure he will come up here sooner or later.
Obviously, if you look back to the last ten comments bout this situation, more than not people sees it the way i see it. I think the word "shady" is a bit too much for someone thats been around on here as wouldnt you say?

I believe helix is more busy than "shady." That being said, I agree that when he gets caught up, he should stop by and write something here.

No I wouldn't say it was to much because that's what it is. He hasn't been on here in a month. So no he has not been around in a while. His last post was had a family emergency be back in a week tops. We've all heard the family thing before just read alpha's thread. Now in what way would saying looking shady be to much????? And the last ten comments have been you and I having a pissing match. And why are you defending him. Let him defend hisself.
Yes I agree tip. Just saying the actions are shady. And sable not trying to get into with you. For that I oplogize.

No worries, I feel that he is prioritizing at the moment considering his supplies were late. Plus, I wouldn't want to announce that I'm back until I catch up otherwise I would get too bogged down with orders.

...Is there any fear of quality going down when he gets this busy? I'm not too familiar with the actual process of brewing and shipping but I am almost concerned that if he gets so busy and is filling so many orders he might just start shipping out random oil to still get the money with less work/effort.
Honestly the reasoning behind his absence from the boards is uknown. You simply have people speaking for him when he could just as easily stop in here for a few moments. Then again i'm sure another "family emergency" will pop up soon enough.
