Someone asked me a great question in an email and I want your feedback on it. The question was do repeat customers get discounts. I want to say yes but the problem arises how do I know there repeat clients. I would have to make a list but that defeats the purpose of deleting all emails/info. The only thing I could think of, is if you guys use the same email so I could scroll down and see the previous orders. After awhile, seeing the same email over and over, Ill remember your name without attaching old orders. Someone has a better idea, let me know. Discounts will probably be along the lines of free vials. Helix.

AL, keeping track of how often a customer orders, in any fashion, is just plain foolish. You are better off running deals from time to time like buy so many viles and get one free. Your repeat customers would often take advantage and be rewarded in that way. Just my take.

Easy. Random word generator. I place an order, all is paid and sent, you generate a word. Put it in your last email to me, and then add it to a spreadsheet. When I order again, I use the word in the subject line, and you give the discount or whatever, delete the word, and generate me a new one. Wash, rinse, repeat CIA style.

All you have is a spreadsheet of random words, but I get my vials for loyalty.

Just run deals once in a while. Keeping info allows for easier collection of hard evidence , more charges and easier conviction. Big no no

Deals suck, this pins the customer down to a certain time frame that just doesn't work a lot of times. I will always be skeptical of deals as it would be too easy for a shit source to have a BOGO week long sale and run off with our money. Not saying AL is any of these things at all. Just saying deals suck.

An untraceable loyalty program works much better, you are actually giving the discount to the customers who actually deserve it.

I just wanted to stop by and say AL is amazing i messed up my order last minute and it was already packaged but he still switched it out for me what a great guy much respect cant wait to get my gear!

Ill figure something out, that doesn't involve keeping info. Ill run contests from time to time but I think repeat clients should get the best deals for their loyalty. Its not fair to them to offer bogo sales or whatever to the general public. Thanks for everyones input. Helix.
