When you guys say ass to ground squats, do you really mean it??? I've worked for a while on my form and tried lots of different shoes and ways to set my feet, but i still can only get like 12" off the ground, no lower. if i go any lower i feel the weight shifting to my toes and off my heels. and by the way, im not tall so 12" isn't that much, im only 5' 9". Is there still something wrong with my form??
