Crushed out arms tonight. Supersetted bis and tris with increasing weight / decreasing reps:
1) barbell curls with tricep pushdowns
2) incline dumbbell curls with overhead tricep ext
3) concentration curls with dips
4) preacher curls with skull crushers
Didn't have much left, but finished with 3 sets of clean and presses burnout.
My arms were so pumped. Anybody have any good forearm exercises? I feel like my forearms aren't keeping up with my bis and tris.
Anyway, got a hot date tomorrow night with this dime! Pretty pumped. I hope she has pet insurance because I'm going to try and KILL the pussy! I'm pretty proud of this one, she's all exotic and shit!

Still not seeing any incredible strength gains from 600mg of tren weekly. Zero trensomnia (as a matter of fact I think I'm sleeping better), zero night sweats, etc. My body may just not respond to tren like everyone else is all I can guess. From the pms I've gotten, everyone else loves Astros cut mix. I'll have blood work done next week and still waiting on MS results.

Started popping Astro's orange top mix about a week and a half ago. Went to 100mg ED. Holy shit, the insomnia is so damn bad. I literally have to come home and take a nap around 2:00 each day (whenever possible). Gym has been great though. I'm pushing so much damn weight it's ridiculous. I get the looks from all the true juice heads in the gym, like "yeah.... We see you over there."
I'm also staying around 3600 cals per day and it's keeping me about 194. I want to get to 200 just to say I did it, but DAMN I look good at the 190 range. Plus, I'm pretty sure I could trade licks with Cain Velasquez and give him a run for his money, so I'm pretty happy.
As awesome as the Zeus-like strength and body are, not sure I can roll with tren again. The insomnia and libido loss are killing me. Don't get me wrong, Sex is still an EOD thing (at least), but I don't have that killer urge like my test only cycles. When I do decide to fuck, I'm pretty much a wild banshee. Definitely no 'love making' going on over here. So it's weird. I don't crave sex, but I'm still a sexual Tyrannosaurus. Not really sure how else to describe it. Maybe it's the lack of sleep too?
Anyway, chest day today after my nap. I'll try and keep my log a little more regular.
A couple new hoes on board, a couple lost. Just gotta keep a healthy rotation! On a side note, all these damn 20-25 year olds want to do is go get blasted and fuck. I'm totally cool with that normally, but I'm trying to keep my body relatively healthy while on cycle. So I've really been testing out these 30+ year old chicks. Wow man, loving these more mature young chicks. Got their own money and shit. In the south, 90% of single chicks over 30 have kids, but it's almost perfect for my 3-yr old gangsta pimp. So maybe I'm growing up myself, but maybe these slightly older chicks (I know 30-40 is NOT old, I'm just saying older than me!) are where it's at!
