At what age did you start TRT?

Technically not a trt, but a blast and cruise at 23. Came off 3 times, but I wasn't satisfied with natural lifestyle anymore after tasting steroids. Cruising on Testosterone is one of the best things ever for me.

You go on TRT not to gain muscle or feel 25 again, but to not feel beat down and utter shit. Used from my late 20s TRT was at 41 or so.

If you are in range and FEEL fine don't start, it gets old quick and there is no going back

30's after having my last kid and low t symptoms, and almost 20 years of watching freinds and teammates blast test decca and dbol untill they bladed lol.

Age 20, on my own.

Should have started at 19, went to two doctors. First one accused me of steroid use when she saw my test levels, I hadnt touched anything yet, had stretch marks on my arms from rapid fat gain/loss at age 15, but had been working out for awhile and was 6 foot 2 and 190lbs 14/15% bodyfat so it looked a certain way I guess.

Second doctor was a very nice lady but she wanted to start me at 50mg every 2 weeks, and was afraid I was going to use it to bulk up on. Took the 100mg per ml vial of cyp she prescribed and never came back. In retrospect, I should have stuck with her and just been patient, it would have been the smarter move long term. While she knew dick all about HRT, she would have worked with me and I could have gotten on BP meds much sooner than I did.

I went through a phase of binge eating, bulimia and annorexia around age 15 to 18. It wrecked my hormones at a crucial time during puberty. Gained 70lbs and lost 70lbs in the same year at age 15.

I really would like to see the AAS community stop presenting PCT as a set in stone option. I would rather the guys starting this lifestyle, approach it like a lifelong commitment with eyes wide open. Assume their test levels wont come back, that PCT wont work for them more then a few times if at all because for a lot of guys it doesn't... and then you have just as many who get hooked on the feeling of being on and just go straight to blasting and cruising *in the moment* who never really weighed out the pros and cons.

As is, PCT feels like a safety net with some big ass holes in it. It might catch you, it might not, fingers crossed.

A few months before turning 36. Had never tried AAS. Ran a test cycle and essentially decided to stay on afterwards. Prior to the cycle my weight was up and down, no matter the diet. Mood was iffy and overall my drive and confidence wasn’t there.

Hadn’t met my wife and didn’t think kids were gonna happen so I stayed on self Rx TRT at 150-200mg/week for 8 years. Was absolutely the best decision I made in regards to health and vitality. Got bloods 2x a year and told all my Drs what I was doing so they screened for everything that could negatively affect me.

Came off for 8 months to regain fertility and have a child back in 22-23.Once the wife was 5 months pregnant I went back on this time under the care of a urologist. While on PCT blasting HCG 3500 I.U 3x/week and 25mg of clomid ED my testosterone only went to 477 at 45 years old..so I knew going back on was most assuredly in the cards.

Have a healthy young son now and happily on 150mg of TRT a week with 2-3 blood tests a year from urologist and 1 big panel from my PCP to make sure I’m healthy. Life is good lads!

33 I noticed issues as far as mood, energy and stamina. The gym gains kinda stalled out for a year or so regardless of bulking or not and a clean diet. I didn’t even know about trt till a TikTok ad lol..

So tried a few trt companies and eventually got tired of dose being adjusted and the pricing, and eventually found this forum from a Reddit thread and said fuck it why not “ both starting trt and finding this site was the best decision ever” I’m a few cycles in now definitely past trt dosing standards but still haven’t messed with any other gear yet still learning.

I started at 42. I had taken prednisone for 6 months last year and put on 50 lbs. Took off some of it, but a lot remained. Worse still, it tanked my testosterone. That's when I started investigating trt. I also decided the end of last year that I was going to get snipped, 2 kids already and I'm getting old. After I got snipped there was really nothing holding me back. I called Defy and went through the process. Now I feel great.

120mg a week + 700iu HCG (for vanity) took me from 470 ng/dl to 1100. Free went from 65 to 245.

The wife likes it too. We went from 1-2x a week to 3-4x.

32, had rapidly declining testosterone and fertility issues due to a varicocele so there really wasn't any downsides. Wish I had gotten on sooner as I had been suffering greatly with low T without realizing it.

I got on TRT and got off drugs/alcohol, lost 60 lbs then put 30 lbs of muscle on and am the person I was on track to being in my early 20's.

At 25 in order to fix the low testosterone levels (variation: 700-800 ng/dL) I had. Now I'm on about 2500-3000 ng/dL and everything is better, my mental health and the way I feel are better.

I hope you’re a troll. The username does not check out
No... The testosterone level I had before I started an indefinite cycle was low in my case. With the testosterone levels I have now, progress (muscle growth) is much better and I see much better results.

And since testosterone levels are stable now, I don't have to worry about fluctuations. Further masculinization is also present. Erections also appear to be better.

I wouldn't go back to natty levels for any reason.

You can permablast, no one will stop you. But claiming low natty levels at 700-800 and normal for you 2500-3000 is misleading af (besides that is completely irresponsible).

The R stands for replacement. Your case would fit better on a "cycle" thread.

Petition to change your name to dumbtrt.

You were naturally producing at the high end of in range, to shut yourself down for 3x the max amount of testosterone appropriate for TRT.

If you’re not too far in, you should really come off and PCT. Trust me dude at 25, 800ng/dl testosterone, everything is working just fine. You definitely don’t want to screw with your system that young & healthy.

Also, no shit you’re gaining at 3000ng/dl. Thats called a hard cycle. Not TRT. Those levels won’t be sustainable.

I have taken a decision to be on steroids indefinitely. I don't care about a potential suppression of my reproductive capabilities or health in general, since I don't really like myself and my life and I see there is nothing to lose. I'm not afraid of death.

And why wouldn't 3,000 ng/dL be sustainable? I can achieve such levels by using 350 mg of testosterone a week and I have enough money to supply the needed testosterone amounts.

It won’t be sustainable because you’ll watch your body break down on you from the stress of permablast.

You’re making terrible decisions that your future self will regret. I guarentee that. Do what you want with this advice.
