I have been working out again for the last year and a half now that my kids are older but i wasn't really gaining all that much. The doctor only gives me 1 vial of test every 10 weeks so i just saved up some before i started. I was kinda of nervous at first so i didnt want to start out with to much. But to answer your question im just trying to get in great shape and and get stronger.
