So I usually use my American pressure cooker as an autoclave and then cool and open it in front of a laminat flow hood with good sterile technique to dry under sterile conditions.
My problem is my LFH just broke and I have to sterilize about 40 vials today and can't wait to fix my flow hood! I am thinking about using my liquid culture jars from mushroom cultivation and placing them inside the Mason jars with filtered air exchange?
Has anyone done this before? I have no effective way to dry them if they have moisture? I plan on breaking out an inflatable glove box that I used to use before I constructed my LFH!
Any ideas or thought?
