Hello all,i came across to an electric automatic pill machine and i want to make pills as far as i have 3 types of orals in raw.I just wonder how i merge and load the machine so i can make 10mg pill for example?? The machine was given me as a gift and the dude doesn't know how to operate with it.Can someone give me tips or guidance ?

10mg is 10mg regardless of density.
What weighs more? A ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?
you will have to do that mathematically.. motor of manual.... count the caps/ mix your raws up so its nice and even.. (put the cut in for you old schoolers... lol.)... then divide the amount you put in to the cap count.... .... for the machine I would imagine that it will distribute evenly..... cut the raws with " rice flour, creatine", etc..
I would start up the machine and make a tablet. Then I would weigh the tablet. Now you know how much total binder/filler it takes to make a single tablet. Subtract out the 10 mg compound for each tablet, then multiply times the number of tablets you want to make to calculate the required amount of binder/filler. Add the compound for the number of tablets you are making and then mix. Make your tablets and then adjust the amount of binder/filler you will need for the next batch depending on whether or not you had too many or too few tablets

You'll have to take each powder and turn a few tablets out by hand. If you try and start it with a powder thats grainy it won't want to compress and you jam the machine or damage it.

10 mg is such a tiny amount that no pill, no matter how small, will weigh 10 mg by itself.
So you must use fillers
you can use pre-made direct compression fillers, many available at Ebay/Amzn

Then you need to determine how much filler to add at each press, as to get an acceptable tablet
Filler mg per tab totally depends on the size of the tablet dies you have. You can google some data on the specific die you have,
but at the end it involves some trial and error:
adding a bit more filler for a harder pill, or a bit less for an easier to dissolve pill.
BTW 10 mg is such a small amount that you can try pressing just powder without the active ingredient, as 10 mg won't change the tablet hardness much.
After that, substract some 10 mg filler and replace with 10 mg active ingredient
then some more test runs pressing them (filler+API).

3 - filler = MC ( celulose ) ,or lactose, glucose or mix of them
4 - lubricant = talcum, magnesium stearate - 10% , or their mix
