ok i have found out that my strength has gone through the roof in no more the three weeks. here is the million dollar question ? how can i move up without worry about injury or tearing a muscle and still push myself. ?

Why the great strength increase? Also, how does one "find out" this. Are you trying to simply say that you've started a cycle and the gains are coming fast and furious? Answer that first and then perhaps a better answer can be crafted.

yes i started a new cycle
500 test ew
30 mg dbol ed

my bench press has jump up 70lbs in 3 weeks . what would be a good thing to do just more reps and set little lighter weight ?

It's going to depend on your age, and a little luck, as to what you can get away with. As we all know tendons tend to get a little less resilient with age. But yes, moving up in weight with more modest jumps and upping the reps would be a better option. In doing that, you will get a few good things....

1. Accomodate your tendons to the heavier weight and lessen the risk of injury.
2. Up your volume, which in turn will lend itself to greater hypertrophy. And if using AAS, I have to assume that is your goal.
3. Implement dual factor loading perfectly. You can start out with these higher rep sets in the earlier parts of your cycle, then cycle down to lower volume and greater loads later. Which again is when the tendons are ready, and the body needs that volume reduction anyhow.
