Friend at the gym showed me this app that I've been using to track progress. It's No BS and free; it's called "Fit Notes"

Ever since tracking my lifts, I've increased strength on them all. Never thought such a tool would be so effective, but it certainly is, and this one is very easy to use.

Wow thanks, I used strong but this is better is free

Glad you guys like it so far. Make sure to play around with the settings tab; you can delete and add new exercises as you wish. It also tracks volume, sets, 1RM and other metrics.

Found that app a few weeks back and I love it. Used to carry around a little notebook to do my tracking back in the day. This tops that big time. I like that it let's you add a custom exercise if it's not already part of the list they provide. That feature seems like something a lot of apps would include with only a premium subscription.

Another one to recommend would be Alpha Progression

You can clearly see that the developers lift as it is built with such "love" to the detail:
You can switch modes between available equipment (e.g. Homegym only or regular gym).
You can track RIR, drop sets, all that stuff.

And it has a modern overlay.
I can only recommend it, the free version has everything one needs but I bought the premium version as I want to support the developers.
