That is pretty harsh,the F$%^&*G Jew thing but I am going just sit here and wait to see if a civil court judge even replies to Mr. Wainstein's petition to have the matter placed on the docket.
Its gotta be a bummer to get popped for what he has allegedly done.
Hell, I remember being hauled up in front of a New Orleans,La. Magistrate for public intoxication when I was a kid of 17. Maybe I wasnt "street Smart" but I was scared shitless! Scared shitless of what my platoon Sergeant was gonna do to my narrow ass when I got back to the ship.
To this day I have NO idea what happened that night and HOW during Mardi Gras did I get collared for Public Intoxication when undoubtedly literally thousands of folks all around were of a questionable level of sanity.
The funny thing was, the next morning when I got out they handed me a bag of my personal belongings and upon opening it..there was 1) USMC issued pair of Birth control devices(eyeglasses) 2) a wristwatch 3) about 1,000 strings of beads(I embellish on the amount) and 4) one pair of Nike running shoes(fat lot of good they did me eh?) and THAT WAS IT!! (Oh yes, my military I.D. and cashless wallet)
No wonder I was arrested and then I realized how generous the local gendarme was for only busting me for pubic intox.
I left the jail proudly wearing a paper jump suit,my watch,glasses and Bright red Nikes!
All hail the New Orleans P.D.!
Sincerely,I hope the former owner of Axio prevails in his lawsuit as I fear he may need the proceeds to pay the attorneys who shall,no doubt spring him.
