B12 Injectioins...a few ?'s

Im doing some research on B12. What is the main difference or oral vs. injectable? Will it help me with appetite while on a cycle? Im getting 500gs of protein per day right now and its killer to be hungry for it all. Sides?...if any. Also is is sub or IM injections? Mgs per week/day?

Oral vs injection is roughly 90% difference. Don't bother with oral. You can do subQ or IM. Get opinions from a lot of people as to what dosing works best for them. Don't necessarily just listen to someone that speaks the loudest and asume that's correct.

Well put...yes bro you will find differing opinions on the dosage.Most will say 1000mcgs a week is a good dose however there are people who take more and more often. No sides...well, no bad sides and no overdose problem. Injectable vitamins will always be better absorbed than oral.

I have always been told 1000mcgs a day. as far as sides, you don't have to worry because you piss out anything your body can't handle, like

At that dose you'll be pissing nothing but b12.....which is ok for some I suppose which is why he needs to decide on his own.
 
I have used it EOD and noticed little appetite stimulation. I tried it ED and noticed a big difference in appetite. So for increased appetite I would say ED. Its only like $7 for 100mg at 1000mcg/ml
 
I thought kelly slater would be out in the surf getting tubed not on a juice chat board... just kiddin' I am an east coat sponger'
