BA/BB out of cheapness, not effectiveness

Why are BA and BB used in home/underground preparations of Testosterone Enanthate if they are not present in pharmaceutical grade products? Paddock Laboratories and Watson Laboratories both produce Test-E at 200mg/mL with no additional solvents (both preparations: 200mg Test-E, 5mg chlorobutanol, and sesame oil).

BA and BB appear to be necessary for longer esters, but is their use with enanthate purely to save money on oil?

sources:
Paddock enanthate
Watson enanthate

it is
They leave it out bc they say it is so pure. No I get my Materials the same place u do.. BA cleans it up.. BB holds my jug together, they r no different.

Might be a matter of convenience. Last time I checked it's easier to get BA and BB than chlorobutanol.
