Back at it after over 20 years

I am a 50 year old male 5'9" 195 lbs. I have worked out on and off since I was 18 But never stuck with it only 6 months at time. I have tried a few cycles but never followed a good diet or a pct... Ignorant! Didn't do any research and didn't really keep much gains. I started trt about 6 month ago and have a new lease on life. I have my diet on point and have gone from 240 lbs down to 180 lbs then with the trt and working out ( and bad diet over the holidays ) i am up to 195.

cycle
Week 1 dbol 30 mg ed, week 2 and 3 dbol 40 mg ed , Week 4 dbol 30 mg ed
1-13 Test e 500 a week
1-10 Deca 250 a week
1-13 Arimidex .25 eod
No pct just cruise on trt

I know first cycle back I should go with Test only but this is my thoughts on that> I have a sore shoulder joint using the deca for this, I have tried these compounds in the past (except the Arimidex )and never had any gyno problems other then bloating.
workout program is 3 on 1 off diet is 2300-2400 cals 45% protien 35% carbs 15 % fats Good fats. look to add cals as cycle progresses don't want to gain to much fat.

Started eating more today upped the cals to 2800 45% protein 35%Carbs 20% fats really clean eating. going to start cycle on Monday
 
Cycle is perfect I wouldn't change it. Don't short yourself healthy fats. Minimum 200 grams protein and 100 grams fat and play around with the carbs based on the mirror.

Maybe a little overzealous on that cycle but then again we don't have a bunch of time left, lol.

I am going to add NPP soon, have it already but I want to be sure my body is ready for it. Bloods have been a bit all over so when I'm dialed in I will be experimenting too.

By the end of the day I was at 306 grams pro, 260 carbs 106 fats. I will play around with it and see what works for me.

Thanks,Trt is the greatest I have been telling all my friends that are my age to go get tested for low test.

Why overzealous on the cycle? Is it adding the deca? I want to see if it will help with my should thats why the low dose.

Never tried NPP, but I have been reading that most like it better then deca
