"Back in it" cycle Europharm Test and Tren

Been off of AAS for about a year for personal reasons. About a week ago i decided it was time to get back on and get back into some sort of less round shape. I'm using Europharm test, tren e, and dbol. I'm going to detail my cycle, but I tend to ramble and give too much info in introductions.. so feel free to skim.. or ignore.. or laugh at me. At the moment I'm limited to about 3-4 days of training. I work fulltime, obviously, have a part time after work real work job, and I'm finishing up my masters as well. Plus I'm trying to maintain a relationship and adopt a child. I do my best, but I just can't find the time.excuses excuses, i know.

I have been using HGH consistently for the last 4-5 years, taking a month off here and there. I also started using peptides again about 3 months ago. If things start to look messy, sorry I'll do my best to explain.

I'll be doing the following. I'm going to get bloodwork about 4-5 weeks in. I want to get my GH tested too. It's a touchy subject in my state to get bloodwork done but i'll work it out..

My current stats: 28 (29 in a month) 5'5 217, more fat than I like. as of Sun 2/16/14 my squat was 265 x 5 (no problem), Bench 320 x 5, BBRow 175 x 5 - didnt include ramp ups, and I have some health issues I'll mention in a bit..

500mg of Test E
400mg of Tren E
50mg DBOL/Day
HCG 2x week 250iu
HMG 75iu 1 x week or split into 2 doses (trying this for fertility reasons, any suggestions?)

Peps are:
100mcg CJC/GHRP2 @ 3-4 x day
4 ius of GH 10 minutes after CJC/GHRP PWO injection or 4ius before bed on non training days.- try to get a bigger pulse PWO (again, open to trying something diff)

Training - been using 5 x 5 to get my base back. I've had some health issues lately from being stupid. I have a bulging C5 that causes extreme inflammation of a nerve and cramps up/causes lots of pain in my trap/scapula. I also had knee surgery about a year and half ago, and 5 x 5 was my way of getting my squat respectable again

One issue with 5 x 5 i've been having is recovery. I don't know if I'm not deloading right, or not at all. But lately my chest and shoulders in particular are just burned out and stopped making progress. I tried the suggested madcow deloading, took a week off, still nothing I'm thinking of switching to a high frequency/low volume approach, or a basic 3 x Chest/Legs/Back type workout. That being said. If my weights look pathetic, it's not indicative of what I can actually move - I just tend to stay on the "safe side" lately and worry about aggravating my issues.

Tommorow may be my last 5 x 5 session for awhile. I'll see how it goes.

That being said, I'm two shots in and I'll provide what feedback I can as this is the "steroid cycle log"

Gear looks right. The tren and test both flowed through a 27g slin pin which is a nice option. However, I had some PIP but I think it may be because I didn't go deep enough and it sat subq. Today I used a 1in 23 gauge and have a little tenderness but nothing like the slin pin.

Dbol was nice. I haven't used dbol in about 5 years. I'm not an oral guy (with steroids, my girl is another story). But it did what I remember. I took 50mg all at once first couple days, split it up the next couple. Felt it as much as I would have expected. 3rd day was my 2nd workout of the week which has squats and dead lifting and I had those horrible back pumps. So it seems legit. I'm going to split it up from now on 20mg am, 30mg an hour or so preworkout just because it seems to make sense.

I'll get some pictures up when I can and bloodwork as well. This log is mostly for me, but if you have any comments or suggestions I'm all ears. I promise my following posts will be much shorter.

Just to add - I'm really enjoying the forum. The amount of knowledge being thrown around in a direct way is almost intimidating, but extremely refreshing.

just realized I posted a damn essay compared to some of the other guys..

heres the cliffs:

Stats - 29, 5'5 217, herniated c5 and extreme inflammation of nerve. slight nerve damage but no surgery necessary.
Cycle - 500mg test e, 400 mg tren e, 4iu ghg, cjc/ghrp2 3-4x/day
5 x5 training - having trouble recovering, may swithc it up current round of lifts
squats 5 x 265 (post knee surgery)
Bench 320 x 5
Row - 205 x 5 (did less due to pain last time)

any suggestions/comments welcome - sorry for the essay.
 
If I can make a suggestion, ditch the EP gear before you start and get something dosed properly.
 
gotta take the rest of the weekend off. my fucking back is spasming like crazy. scheduling a massage or acupuncture to get this shit straightened out. I can't live this way.

DBOL is doing it's job. That i'll say. 20mg am/30mg pm.

Took a pain killer so I'm out of it. I'll update this monday or so. If anyone has any pain/anti-inflammation tips throw em my way please
 
got a massage yesterday - reduced pain by about 30%. Have more scheduled for this week.

Bench 225 x 15, 295 x 8, 300 x 5
Incline Bench 225 x 8, 225 x 7, 135 x 10 rest pause
Low Cable Press - 70 x 25, 90 x 8 90 x 8
Standing Military Press - 95 x 15, 115 x 8, 115 x 8
Reverse Fly - 70 x 15, 2 sets
Straight Bar Pushdown - 2 x 90 x 10
20 minutes cardio watching Deadwood.

took the 30mg dbol 30 min before with a shot of cjc/ghrp and my aminos/caffeine. Dbol felt right, ghrp was a bad idea - got really hungry/low blood sugar feeling.

On my 3rd shot of test/tren. been using a 1.5 inch 23gauge. no PIP beyond a small knot feeling. good shit. Got tren cough last thur, so thats a good sign.

Just ate some bacon wrapped chicken thighs with mashed butternut squash. Dbol doesnt kill my appetite thats for sure.

Im going to call directlabs access in the morning. I assume they'll explain it. They say they do all the difficult states so hopefully that'll do it. I wan to get my GH tested too if it ever comes..
 
Just updating -

Strength on all lifts is up. Size is up - shirt is tighter, pants are tighter, etc. I haven't checked bodyweight but I'm sure i'm still around 217 - my short ass has a hard time moving the scale, but my size and strength do change.

Did legs the other day and the back pumps were insane again, worked up to 285 x 8 (30 second rest between sets) and moved over to the leg press - thought my back would explode.

Going to go hit back now and take it from there. Gear seems legit. Tren is giving me acid reflux which is normal for me. my libido is up a bit. I can't comment on dosing but everything seems right.

I'm still trying to set up lab work. Anyone have any experience with this in the tristate? This is my largest hurdle by far.
 
Been awhile -

Still can't get bloods. NJ SUCKS for this. they want like 600.00. Craziness.

Anyway -

Gear is very legit as far as I'm concerned. I switched to a Big A 3 day/week type split. Strength is way up..

Did chest today - Incline was 225 x 15 with ease, 275 x 10 with ease. 100lb Flat dbs for 12 plus some other stuff. I dont really rest when I workout, less than 30 seconds usually.

Back - even with all my bullshit i've been dealing with, is stronger than ever. My pendlay rows are up to 225 x 6.

Legs - Strong as ever, great pump, finished the dbol up so no back pumps. 315 x 12 ish as a working set, always finish with a widowmaker.

Other exercises I didnt mention are good too.

i have all the tren sides - lack of sleep, edgy, sweating, my breath smells like shit, etc. The test is on point - 500mg/week has me feeling like im 20 and on my first cycle. I have to hide my dick half the day.

Weight is up to 230 as of this afternoon. Obviously theres some bloat involved. I'm finishing up some bullshit chinese generic GH i have at about 10ius a day - I'd be suprised if there was 4 in the vials, but i think it's contributing the bloat.

I also look tighter, have a couple abs still, and some serious veins in my arms and delts.

all in all i'm very pleased - i'm half way through, then I'll be cruising on just the EP test for a couple weeks, then a nice solid cutter.
