back in training

just thought id update everyone.

2nd day back in the gym today, didnt push it to hard, just conentrated on getting my form.
3 sets of seated shoulder presses was nearly to much only lifting 24lbs lol.

Got all my needed supps delivered today, been quite hungry today too so my appetite seems to be working its way back very slowly, also think my mental state plays a part in that knowing I need to eat big again.

I got a training partner again which is a bonus.
A couple of new morons have joined since ive been away who really know there stuff, I got a really good tip from one of them today in the changing room which I never thought of which was.

"you iz only done legs man, na mate, you need to do chest first arms then legs yo"

ooooooooookkkkkkk..........., fook im so gutted now I didnt meet you before homie, Id have been well further if I had known you last year damit. Hey you in monday? I could really do with a good guy like you getting me back on my feet again ya know.

So anyway thats about it so far, my strength has been depleated more than I could have ever imagined.
 
Good job bro, your appetite will follow once you get your energy level back up.

Think of it this way, in a few months you can tell the guy with the bad advice to go shove it.

dont tempt me :D, oh I will become a man of the juice you can absoloutly count on that trust me:). you dont get very far being a natty all your life, that is obvious:cool:
