Been loving quad pins 3x per week for 2.5 months, alternating legs...got excited for my first Primo pin...think I went too low on the Middle 3rd and have been dealing with a deep pain...not much to see in a picture (slight swelling, warm to touch).
I use a 1.5" 27 gauge. Pinned on 10 May.
Since it was my first pin using OPTI Primo 200...and the prevalence of some PIP among experts with some sources....I thought it was primo PIP...
Today I added the primo shot to my test c went ventral glute, same pin, warmed. ZERO PIP.
(For rabbit trail critique my regimen is 240 Test/200 Primo per week split EOD for Test and E3D for Primo)
Picture shows
region of deep pain.
Seems like I should only pin 1" on the needle..any other suggestions?
Also what is the longest for a bad pin pain? I know I am monitoring for signs of infection... But other than warm...and throbbing golf symptoms that are not getting better... doesn't feel like an emergency? Just a reminder to keep it at 1" and stay in middle of the center 3rd outside 3rd.
