Dunno tough to tell since I've never used Balkan gear. But those amps look exactly like the legit ones tested by AnabolicLab.com.

It isn't fair or realistic for anyone to give you opinions. Instead some questions for you. Have you used these amps prior to this purchase? Have you used the source in the past that you got these amps from?
Well there are two numbers, the one on top is a product code or something and will be the same for one product (like test e). The UPIC is on the bottom and is actually usially just letters. There are numbers in it sometimes too but usially mostly letters. Its the longer of the two codes too usially and its below the expiration date. That is the one that will Never be repeated on a balkan product. Every ampule has a different one every blister pack has a different one there should never be a repeat. You can look it up to make sure on balkans website it will tell you if its fake, legitimate, or if someone entered it before which would prevent a valid UPIC being used on a fake product since each ampule has its own unique UPIC.
I swear too God your twin brother has to be @Supermansson11 ......guaranteed lolin my opinion, they are fake! each ampoule and each blister must have a different code. These are fake Bulgarian manufacture. My wife is Moldovan, I am Italian, I buy Balkan directly to the pharmacy, so I'm convinced of what I say.
