Balls growing and shrinking on hcg

I have been on an HCG fertility protocol for 2 months. I use 1/3 of a 5000 IU vial every other day, which is about 1666 IU EOD. Along with that, I’m taking 150 mg of testosterone per week.

Sometimes, I wake up and notice my testicles are fuller than ever, almost twice their usual size. However, after a few days, they seem to shrink back to their original size. The size seems to vary daily.

Why could this be happening? I prepare a new vial every 6 days.

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have been blasting and cruising for 5 years. So thats why the test is included
