banned substances prescribed by doc as PCT - legal?

Hi,

Clomi and Tamox are banned substances from antidoping. Clomi is for women who want to have children and Tamox is against breast cancer.

What if the doc prescribes me (I'm obv not a woman nor that woman on the pic) Clomi and Tamox as PCT use after my test cycle? Would this be legal or is it illegal anyway since I'm not a woman?

regards bigK

If you have a prescription, legal. Also note both of these drugs have legitimate uses in men.

Clomid is prescribed to men as an infertility treatment. Tamixofen is used to treat breast cancer in men (rare but it happens).

If you're doctor prescribes it for you then it is legal to have/use these drugs....

You mentioned anti-doping - are you a tested athlete? If you are, you need to see what you're federation tests for, I would imagine clomid and nolva are banned in most tested organizations.

If you are not a tested athlete then you have nothing to worry about. A substance being banned in an athletic organization doesn't always reflect its legality - although many things banned in tested organizations are also illegal - clomid and tamoxifen most certainly are not illegal.

You are fine man, both these drugs are legal ;)

No, I'm not a tested athlete. Fact is I've received a letter from antidoping saying they want to destroy it and I have to pay for it. They want to destroy Clomi and Tamox. (Which is actually Letro and T3 but evopep mislabeled it...) So my thoughts were to send them a prescription from my doc who knows I'm doing test (and tren, and does my blood work) due to some issues with my legs. But I'm pretty sure if I do this antidoping will clarify that with my doc and ask him what I use Clomi and Tamox for. Neither am I unferile nor do I have breast cancer or symptoms of developing it.

I could also ask my psychotherapist who prescribes me

Any suggestions? My concern is that they want to clarify that with my doc (because it's obvious, they have to) and my doc knows that and therefore won't prescribe it to me since he doesn't want to risk to lose his job in the worst case.

There is some info on the net that I have seen and some docs are beginning to use clomid tho treat low t.

Are you saying it was seized at customs if so.
Deny, Deny, Deny what package? I didn't order any package?
if you respond in the affirmative that can be an admission of guilt

Deny or don't respond? What are the chances they contact the owner of the PO box since address is written down?

So if I don't respond and they send me an invoice for destroying the items, what would I do? Will they go to the court?

What are they going to do? Place a lien on your house for the cost of flushing the items down the toliet or stomping on them, then sweeping them in the trash. Keep denying and you should be fine. Actually, it almost seems like someone is f@#king with you . I'm confused, you're not a tested athlete. Are you involved in any organized competitive sport in which a non govt entity would have some type of legal jurisdiction to even be aware of the shipment or is it a seizure letter?

It's a seizure letter and they want to destroy the items and charge me the cost. I haven't received anything yet. I am not involved in any organized competitive sport. It's just evopep mislabeled it because he thought it'd make the way through customs. But now it got seized. I'm gonna make a chargeback from my money.

OK. Just deny any knowledge with customs and let your supplier know. Save the seizure letter, your supplier will want to see a copy. Good luck.

So they mislabeled it on purpose. Handy piece of info right there.

I had to sign for the seizure letter (I had no clue it was one). I have like 2-3 weeks to respond to the letter. Would you just wait or write before-hand that it's not mine?

Why didn't you just take the prescription into a local pharmacy to have it filled?

Because I don't have a prescription yet. He won't prescribe it to me but he may if I explain him the situation since he knows that stuff too well and used it earlier in life too.

Bro, here's a little diddy that was pounded in my head while pledging (we had to do alot of stupid, not always legal things). Deny, deny, deny, and if that doesn't work, lie, lie, lie. You getting a script now, after confiscation, isn't going to hold a lot of weight with jonny law. The only thing it's going to do is put your Dr. in a sticky situation. I say ignore it, if they come looking "it wasn't mine". You do not want that disposal bill. Depending on what they say it is, it's hazardous waste and has to be destroyed in a certain way, by qualified private companies and they aint cheap (I know my roomate is a chemist for an enviromental company, he said meds can only be destroyed by one of two companies, one in Cali and one in detroit).
