Used goodlabs for my pre-cycle blood work thanks yall! Question though for mid cycle, does their testosterone range only go up to 1500? Doesn’t look like a sensitive LC/MS test

Pretty sure the MS one isn't capped at 1500. This doesn't help, but I'm posting it anyway as I'm quite proud of my TRT levels (cough). These were done through GoodLabs/Quest. Too high, really. I bumped to 40mg a day of Test P to try and boost estrogen, which didn't do shit. Came back 24. Once I hit a certain body fat, I just stopped aromatizing. Once I get through this vial I premixed with other things with the 40mg Test P, I'll be dropping back to 30mg a day, which yields around right at 1100 for me. I've since bumped hCG to 500iU MWF from 250iU MWF to try and take care of the estrogen. I've honestly been chronically low relative to T and am starting to get concerned for my bone health. Need a Dexa. Would be nice for the body fat reading, too.

Follow-up the nobody asked for: estradiol came back at 27.

Now I'm trying to find out why my total testosterone was low...

Not sure why my total test numbers are so low.

I'm 45 years old.

Natural t level was 336ng/dL in July.

Now...

My total test was 729 on 400mg/wk of testosterone Decanoate (and 200mg primo, 200mg deca). I injected daily to avoid peaks and my blood was drawn about two hours after that days pin.

Bioavailable t is 611 and free t is 211.

SHBG is crashed at 4.

Estradiol was 27 with 200mg primo per week and no AI.

I feel good but why is my total so low compare to the other results I see people posting?

Just for clarity sake it is actually Quest or LabCorp. You get to decide. Quest prices are superior in my experience.

Yea the LC prices are pretty bad, i dont think anyone would consider them at all

I've seen some people using them with good Labs but it was because they didn't have quest in their area.

No quest near me unfortunately and it’s a 2hr drive to labcorp. Getting drawn is a pain in the ass for me. Not open on weekends. Gotta take half a day off work to go.

I have a question about bloodwork, a friend of mine just got some testing that's called " Dutch panel" , I think it's BS but my friend seems to think it's something he needs and is effective for getting numbers for his hormones metabolic function etc., can somebody enlighten me about this because I think it's just a money pit that he's getting scammed on because it's through a homeopathic doctor, TIA
