i placed and order week and a half ago and paid for expedited shipping. Wu says money was picked up. Order has still not arrived. I have emailed them on their site several times and the rep on this site several times . No response. I have never had a problem with them before always quality products and decent shipping t/a. Don,t want to think I'm being ripped off but starting to believe that. anyone have suggestions

I wouldn't worry yet it hasn't been two weeks yet. Most packs take 2-3 weeks. Hell i have had some take 4 months. Your getting a pack from over seas anything can happen. It can sit at customs for weeks just waiting to be processed.

Sorry i think i fucked up my reply. Anyways dont worry it hasn't even been 2 weeks. Just be patient im sure it will arrive soon. Most packs take 2-3 weeks so give it time.

I have usually had quick response using wicker to get ahold of him. You can also pm @Pharmacom Helper he usually relays a message quickly.

How much extra did u have to pay for expedited shipping? And how many days is expedited shipping supposed to be?
