How many meals per day? How many grams of protein, carbs, and fats per meal? What does that equal in total macros and calories per day for you? What does your training look like? Curious what training style you are using that you would stall out in one year......

I'm at 6000 calories a day including shakes. No I don't know macros. Teach me dude.

Bullshit. Post your exact diet plan with macro breakdown if you want to prove me wrong. Anyone who takes training seriously has that down somewhere.
