Hello, starting a log here now for IRON LION. I am more into powerlifting, or powerbodybuilding. My workouts consists mainly of a big movement that I focus for strength building, followed by a few accessories done more bodybuilding style. It's been a bumpy year, recovering injuries and trying to build my strength back up.

Right now I'm using Sustanon, EQ, Mast, DHB, Puretropin, BPC/TB, all from Iron Lion.
 
Squats coming along very nicely. Just adding reps to every weight. Hit the 20 reps on 225 again with ease. Took Sdrol today. Definitely was pumped up in the gym. Would've done more volume on sit ups and hyperextensions, but the hyperextension down here at the gym near my parents is a cheapo and it uncomfortable on my back, making me round my back so I just cut it there. The one at my home is a nice Rogue.

I knew I shouldn't have pushed the reps with pull ups yesterday. Felt a little strain. Felt a little pop in my shoulder on the top set of deadlifts. Was hoping to hit 405 today but had to cut it short. Had to pass up on the SDL's and BB Rows. Couldn't do it. Sucks because I was feeling good and getting some momentum this week. Looks like push day tomorrow will be another light day with dumbbells.

Squats are coming along nicely. Quads and low back were so pumped I couldn't do any lower body accessories. With the shoulder thing I just did some light work for the upper back. Gonna start being more religious about my bpc/tb use.

One correction. The top set was 385, not 395. Off day today. Some light work. Being more proactive about the shoulder, lots of light dumbbell work and band work every day. Getting blood flow in there really helps.

IL Puretropin and BPC/TB, that's it today.

Benching today. Felt good. Being consistent with the BPC/TB really helps. When I hit incline, that was a no go. Doing direct tricep work was a no go as well, couldn't get the pushdowns, skull crushers, or dips in. Otherwise, solid workout.
