Hey folks thought iam gonna try to write log here. Iam from czech republic 26 years 185cm tall 97 kgs starting weight.
Going for mass mass.

Well after one month in i can say its working and feel everythin.

Gear is dbol balkan pharma
Tst unigen life science
Pct
Nolva clomid from alpha pharma

Two days and will finish 1-4 w dbol.
Pinning 250 mg tst.e monday and thursday 500/week.

Iam up from 97kgs to 103kgs on actual same bf percentage 25 i guess. Iam going for mass and try to lean out to summer.

Iam not counting kcals but eating each two hours. Protein 300+ a day.fats 50-100 day.200-500 carbs a day depens if its a gym day or not.

Training 6+1
Chest upper back
Shoulders bics trics forearm
Legs lower back
Each part two times a week plus abs each training.

I eat as much as i can sometimes i cant even eat more :D

Some problems. Had a little probs eating so much chicken :D

Proteins from eggs,chicken,turkey,cottage,shakes, greek yogurts milk,beef,
Fats from nuts olive oil yellow from egg
Carb rice plus oat meal

Every 4th for a change is gvt week.

Well i eat alot and trying to eat clean so if its 300plus proteins and gaining im ok with that.

I get a little bloated but nothing to worry.

Friday i kill legs and shoulders but not that much as i want got right shoulder and knee pain lol.

I have right shoulder and knee pain as well. I used to take tramadol to hinder that pain, but it's just another thing to live with now.

So today food at work 16h. 150g oats milk 5egg whites nuttela. 350 g cottage 500g curd somethin like cottage but more protein less fat. About 70 g peanut butt 1kg carrot 1250g chicken plus veges sauce 750g rice 270 g tuna. I think thats all
