Measurement increases?

Unfortunately this is a data set I only started keeping track of recently (as in a week ago), so I have no objective data on size increases.

That being said, I would have no problems if measurements stayed the same as long as the changes were visually apparent. My measurements are pretty poverty in the first place, left arm is just under 16" and right arm is 16" exact. Nothing special.

Well they look bigger than 16" , prob cause your pretty lean and have good definition. I agree with what you say about being lean, cant count how many times im on a cut and people say wow!! Your gettin bigger, and i may have lost 6 lbs.
anyway, your shoulders are looking huge my man , very impressed with how you have improved so much in such a short time and with minimum amount of gear.
Hows strength gains on this cycle.

Thanks man, I think we share the same philosophy when it comes to body composition. I honestly find growing periods incredibly cumbersome and not fun at all.

I'm looking forward to the recomp phase I will be undertaking once this blast wraps up more than the actual growing phase that I'm about to finish lol.

The strength gains were very good, but I wanted to take advantage of them in a different direction, and that was by getting stronger while using all the cues I have all learned and incorporated. So on some lifts there might have only been a 5-10lb increase, but with way tighter execution and all cues being hit. So not only was I progressing in weight (albeit conservatively) I was also progressing in other aspects that will facilitate adaptations.

The Winstrol that I was running, which I was on for 3 weeks prior to the slin and when I started the slin only had a week left on it was pretty retarded for strength. I was on a leg specialization phase and the strength and cosmetic effect it was providing for my lower body was intense. But anyone will tell you that pushing strength on winstrol is not a fun time and I respected this. The freakishness it gave me was amazing and I look forward to incorporating it again in the future.

Masteron as always is a fantastic drug for just about any purpose, I would always look for a reason to include mast and dose it as needed during a blast. Test @ 300 certainly provided me more fullness than 150mg (adjusted to compensate for dropping the winny).
 
Legs scheduled for later on tonight, will hit it in a couple hours.

This will be the last slin shot from this run! And it's a ballbuster of a session...single leg leg press, walking lunges & sissy squats, movements that my legs respond to better than anything else.
 
Well, it's finally finished. This log documenting my 4 weeks of slin with a conservative drug and gh protocol and a picture taken from every single training session, and not one entry missed!

Thanks for following everyone, this log is going on hiatus just to prevent myself from getting tired of it. Training and diet wise things will continue to move forward, as always, and look forward to making my biggest changes in body composition in the forthcoming weeks and months with conservative dosages as usual and by pushing other variables (training, cardio, tracking variables, etc) (as always).

Anyone who has any questions about my experience with anything discussed ITT, feel free to ask away.
