Beach trip in 3 weeks - any reason to add low dose Mast?

Have a bunch of mast in the closet. Currently just cruising on 150mg Test and lowish dose primo 100mg for E2 control. Going to the beach in about 3-4 weeks, is there any utility to adding say 150mg a week of Mast just to tighten things up? Currently about 15% body fat. Not a competitive bodybuilder, just an average joe who wants to feel good in a swimsuit.

You aren’t going to see a lot of impact in three weeks. Just up your cardio and keep in the fat burn zone. Save the mast for a longer cycle.
 
Figured as much. Many people use it for 4-6 weeks pre contest. 3 weeks would probably do "something" but probably not worth it for my fat ass.
 
if your timeline is 3 weeks you’re limited to orals. Anavar or winny will definitely give you aesthetic changes in 3 weeks if you’re lean enough and have everything else buttoned up.

Would winstrol really make a noticeable difference at 15% bodyfat? If I had 3 weeks I'd just be hammering cardio.

Depends. 230 at 15% looks different than 165 at 15%. Crash dieting and pounding cardio without having something to drive fullness is likely to make him look flat and soft.

Doesn’t have to crash diet and cardio can be just stairmaster or walking.
 
I feel like you can get something out of mast in 3 weeks even mast e, you would just need to front load it. The problem is for what you're looking for, you're not going to get shit out of it at 15%bf

The real life lesson here is that if you want to score some poon at the beach, just be confident talking to women (the pretty ones usually dont even get approached), be funny, and huge plus if you have a guitar to play. Dont be in the group of dudes with bacne at the swim-up bar talking about their cycles while the skinny fat frat boys bring the 10's back their room for a pound town session.

Aside from that, if you are very lean, like 10% or less, any fast acting injectable like mast P or tren ace, and certainly any oral, will show visible results in 3 weeks. But who cares? Go have fun.

Not going to lie. Have no real clue what my BF% is. I have a scale that uses impedance but I don't trust it.

Feast your eyes on a recent progress pic - and remember - regular dude - 40+ years old. Currently on weekly dose of 150mg test + 100mg Primo split into three pins per week. I don't track calories just try to hit protein around 180g a day. Also, not looking for pussy, happily married for 20 years with kids. It's just a beach trip and I have 2 years worth of Mast prop/e and no real reason to use it. I guessed around 15%. Could be higher or lower?

Just track some calories and do cardio for three weeks . 0 reason to add masteron. What good will it do? It won’t make you burn more calories.
with your current body fat probably won’t make a noticeable aesthetic difference.

Also that being said— for 40 and a family vacation, you should be proud to look like that bro! Just lock in a couple weeks and you can look a bit better
