When I first seen this thread I thought it was going to be about powdered beef protein. Damn was wrong an surprised when I opened up this present. Did he even bother to look at the vial before he got to pinning? It does look like its crashed. Did he try heating it up to see if that helps? As far as the infection goes, we really don't know if its from the gear itself or a bunch of other things such as unsterile injection techniques. Has this friend of yours ran gear before? Im guessing not if hes injecting himself with shit that looks like that an doesn't know anybetter than to heat it up first to see what that does for it. Also did he complain about pip after words? Sorry he got an infection bro, that fuckin sux!!!!

If you look at the vial as a whole and not just the mess that is the oil it appears (to me at least) that it's crashed, very old (look at the DPI on the label...even shitty inkjets today would need an extreme macro photo to look like individual dots), and was stored on it's side the whole time it sat.
The skin flake thing is crystallized test it just looks like shit because there's still some oil attracted to it. With the stopper same thing, crystallized hormone formed on it and whatever was preserving the oil ate half the rubber...so he definitely has some dissolved stopper floating around in his muscle, haha, hopefully it doesn't precipitate out.
It's honestly probably early 2000s era/preORD and there probably is legitmately 350mg of some test esters in there...part of the reason it crashed. If he's got a stockpile of these vials and has ambition and balls he could recover the hormone and rebrew it but only sickfucks like myself would try that in a pinch.
