beef protein powder

i cant use whey or dairy protein and have used beef protein in the past was just i have just started cutting back on sodium aka salt was read the back on the beef protein tub and the sodium salt is very low . also lists Chloride262 mg (32% RDA) had a look online and keep finding sodium chloride is the Chloride262 mg (32% RDA) they have listed on the tub sodium and they are just listing it as Chloride to make it look like its low salt i noted a lot of water retention at the time to any idea ?????

Yeah. That's the problem with bpi and egg white protein. High sodium
