I am 32 being training since I was 16. Did about 12 cycles. Have not lifted in 3 years because I broke my back. L1-s1 fused. But I have some been getting back in to it over the last 3 months. Before I got hurt I weighted 260 15% body fat. Now 280lbs fat slob. Low testosterone it sucks. But hopefully with help from Me so I will get were I want to be.
