Been injured, help with getting back in the game.

Hello, I was out with an injury for about 3 months and lost a good amount of strength and a ton of mass.I have been lifting to get back into shape for about a month or so, but I need that extra boost.I am currently' 5'8 155 at about 8-9% body fat.I was at 5'8 175 or so at about 8-9% body fat before my injury.I do not gain fat easily, and I do not gain easily.I benched 365, squatted around 400, and cleaned about 185.I am currently benching about 220, squatting 230, and cleaning 135.I feel like a little ass girl right now because I had the strength before, and I just am not performing the best I have before, and it pisses me off.I always want to be stronger then I was before, and not half as strong.I know you guys are going to nag at me for wanting to use gear again but I am going to do it.Now for the cycle I am looking for 20 quality pounds of mass which I should be able to gain with a good diet and because I've been to that weight before.I am also looking to improve my core lifts drastically.

Here is the cycle I am thinking of running.There are 2 different ones.
Weeks 1-10 Omnadren 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Trenobolone Enanthate 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 500 MG a week.
PCT Nolvadex various MG Dosages, I don't feel like typing them out though.


Or, this cycle.
Weeks 1-10 Omnadren 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 1000 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Trenobolone Enanthate 250 MG a week.


My questions are what one do you think will be better for mass and overall strength, I want to keep what I gain also, diet and training will be the best it has been since before I got injured.Thanks for your replies and comments, if you have a different cycle planned out for me suggest that also.
 
at least you are honest enough to say you are going to do it anyhow lol

personally i dont think you need tren in your cycle when your weight is 155#

no offence bro and it would work for you too, but it is a little bit of overkill and money that could be better spent on FOOD if you are a hard gainer like you mention

nor do i think you need a gram and a half of gear/week to gain 20 #

and test should be the mainstay of the cycle not 1/3 rd
 
Thanks for the reply bro.I am doing that Tren Enanthate for strength, I don't want just all mass but a lot and a lot of strength.Do you think this is good for mass and strength, and my goals are attainable with proper diet and training?

tren is awsome for strength but your weak for a reason - you were hurt

now i dont know the details on this

but i can guarentee if you feel like a girly-boy for being out of the gym
for 3 months , if you go and get all jacked up and add 100 pounds on you bench in 3 weeks and get really hurt life will be suxxing big time for you when your off for a year

right now your lifts are down
your muscles are flat ... likely
tendons are weeker ......ditto
bone density is lowered

i try to be a strait shooter .. your gonna do what you wanna do
but take a big look at the big picture

if you were at 180ish ? before several months back and it wasnt bloat
then 400 mg /week test alone will put those 20 # on that you want
if diet training are good
 
True bro, but I am going to try it anyways.I like the psychology on this with thinking about tendons, bone density, and muscle.Thanks a lot for your response.But what do you think of the cycles, you think I should go with the first one or 2nd one?That is the main thing, thanks.

Cycle 1
Week 3-5 Dianabol 20 MG Every Day.
Week 3-15 Omnadren 500 MG Every Week.
Week 1-15 Trenobolone Enanthate 250 MG Every Week.
Week 1-15 Equipoise 500 MG Every Week.


Cycle 2
Week 3-5 Dianabol 20 MG Every Day.
Week 3-15 Omnadren 500 MG Every Week.
Week 1-15 Trenobolone Enanthate 500 MG Every Week.

I like the new cycles except for 15 weeks of tren, for me that would be about = to 6 months of recovery to get my own test back on line (i'm 41 tho), maybe you could use the tren the last 6-8 weeks with winny to finish up, 12 weeks of tren shut me down pretty hard.
 
First don't be in such a rush,,,This a sure way to reinjure yourself,,,I like the first cycle both the original and the revised,,,The Equi will help with tendon strength,,,I would add HCG at 500 iu's ed throughout,,,This will aid in a fast recovery and keep the sex drive up,,,Einstein recommends doing Nolva and ari together,,,The Nolva will help preventing gyno from the Tren,,,The ari will keep the estrogen compounds at an acceptable level,,,Make sure you're diet is good,,,2.5 grams of protein per lb of mass,,,Thats all I can think of for now,,,I'll keep popping in on this thread and see if anything else comes to mind,,,Remember impatience never helps,,,VDC
 
MJM, what was your injury, and was it lifting related? With all this juice flowing through you, you will feel like Superman, and think you can lift a house. Be careful, and be on the lookout for signs of your injury possibly reappearing (especially if it was lifting related). Peace and be safe.
