Hello, I was out with an injury for about 3 months and lost a good amount of strength and a ton of mass.I have been lifting to get back into shape for about a month or so, but I need that extra boost.I am currently' 5'8 155 at about 8-9% body fat.I was at 5'8 175 or so at about 8-9% body fat before my injury.I do not gain fat easily, and I do not gain easily.I benched 365, squatted around 400, and cleaned about 185.I am currently benching about 220, squatting 230, and cleaning 135.I feel like a little ass girl right now because I had the strength before, and I just am not performing the best I have before, and it pisses me off.I always want to be stronger then I was before, and not half as strong.I know you guys are going to nag at me for wanting to use gear again but I am going to do it.Now for the cycle I am looking for 20 quality pounds of mass which I should be able to gain with a good diet and because I've been to that weight before.I am also looking to improve my core lifts drastically.
Here is the cycle I am thinking of running.There are 2 different ones.
Weeks 1-10 Omnadren 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Trenobolone Enanthate 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 500 MG a week.
PCT Nolvadex various MG Dosages, I don't feel like typing them out though.
Or, this cycle.
Weeks 1-10 Omnadren 500 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Equipoise 1000 MG a week.
Weeks 1-10 Trenobolone Enanthate 250 MG a week.
My questions are what one do you think will be better for mass and overall strength, I want to keep what I gain also, diet and training will be the best it has been since before I got injured.Thanks for your replies and comments, if you have a different cycle planned out for me suggest that also.
