beggining second HST cycle

ok i liked HST so much iam going for a second cycle trying to get over 200lbs. before i go into some kind of powerlifting routine. i tweeked my cylce and want to know what you all think so here it is.
Squat/leg press 2x
leg curls 2x
calf standing/seated 2x
deadlifts/ t-bar rows 2x
pulldowns then when i get to 10's i will do pullups 2x
incline/flat db press 2x
upright rows 2x
military press 2x
curls using arm blaster 2x
close grip/ dips 2x
i will do three to four sets of warm ups for legs,deads,and chest. The last HST i did i had no shoulder work in as i was nersing and injury and wanted to have a long time of for recovery. so they are looking and feeling small but i havnt had any real pain in them in some time. Iam going to probably us a smith machine on the military press and only go down till upper arm is parallel to the bar.
oh all exercices where i have two i will be alternating workouts. any input will be great. thanks for all the help with this.

What was your results from your first hst. I've been doing 5x5's and seriously interested in the hst 15,10,5 theory with strategic deconditioning afterwards.
Sorry to hear about your shoulder injury, had'em myself in the past.
 
i really liked HST, but for me the gains where different i had good strenght gains but not good size gains. but i dont blame this on the training at all i blame it on my diet i cant eat like i need to its hard for me iam in the military so i do have to work on my diet very hard to make any weight gains.
the main reason i like HST is the load and i dont think you really have to worry about injuries when you do it.
this is just me everyone is different i recomend that you try it but dont just stop at one cycle if you do do it go at least two before you give it up.
