Looking for advice on a simple, first ever try of clenbuterol. I have visible abs, it’s just the last little stubborn bits of handles I want to lose. I’m cruising at the moment on 200mg test U.

Here is my idea of a first time run, any criticism and advice will be taken seriously.

( Day/amount/size of 1pill. )

1-20mcg 0.5 2-20mcg 0.5
3-40mcg 1 4-40mcg 1
5-60mcg 1.5. 6-60mcg 1.5
7-80mcg 2 8-80mcg 2
9-100mcg 2.5 10-100mcg 2.5
11-120mcg 3 12-120mcg 3
13-140mcg 3 14-140mcg 3
15-140mcg 3 16-140mcg 3
17-140mcg 3 18-140mcg 3.5
19-140mcg 3.5 20-140mcg 3.5
21-140mcg 3.5

I’m still lifting, and walking and running, eating less food, typically was losing 1-2lbs a week, it’s slowed down over the last few weeks and it’s just the stubborn bits left. The goal is not to be exotically Lean, just to loose the bits I hate the most.

Not the worst plan I’ve ever seen.

I personally start at 20mcg and increase by 20mcg every week until I hit my golden number. I don’t like to exceed 100mcg. Over 100mcg and I find the Clen gets in the way of my corporate world and my workouts so it’s a no no.

Typical Clen run for me is 8-10 weeks and is in a contest prep setting.

My understanding was that clen is a 3 week on and 3 week off cycle?

This is the blueprint, just because you don’t feel stimmed up and shaking doesn’t mean you need more. It’s still working

This was once the belief but has since been debunked. Clen can be ran indefinitely (from an efficacy standpoint, but not something that should be pushed lol).
Assuming I’m in a deficit, still training and walking and running, would this 21 day cycle of clen be likely to yield any results? I’ve never used any fat burners before. I do have Yohimbine HCL also, and have been told it works very synergisticly with clen.

Yes, it would still yield results - but to quantify that statement would be impossible.

Yohimbine and Clen do have synergy but I would urge you to run them solo and gauge how each works individually before combining the two.

I’m no school boy, I’d never test two new things together. I’ll try clen first, and then assuming it goes well, I’ll try them Both.

Never been a fan of clen, first time I ran it with t3 and did the pyramid titration. Results were meh, then I did the 2 weeks on off, then I did the Downregulating with ketotifen to clear the receptors. For me personally there’s so much other stuff that helps me lean out considerably better

I would recommend semaglutide or tirzepatide over clen any day of the week for cutting any amount of body fat, it's leagues ahead in the results department. I have done clen several times and my results with sema/tirz far surpass the gains I saw running clen/t3.

There's also a different way of taking clen, heard about it from the think big bodybuilding channel and Dave palumbo. It's meant to be run longer and you start at 20-40mcg and hold that dose for a week or 2 then increase by 20 for another week or 2 and keep going up by 20 and holding. Get it up to 80 or maybe 100mcg then drop it for a few weeks and start over again if you're still cutting.

Personally I'm gonna give it a shot on my next cut. Running clen and getting to 100-120mcg in a week always feels like a lot and then I start worrying about heart rate and blood pressure at rest, and worse when I'm pushing in the gym etc

How much are we talking about here?
