Can anyone one give some arimdex advice? I have it on hand and feeling a little soreness in nips but so little I cant tell if it is sides or just from checking them too much.plan on getting blood work done soon as I get home from out of town.i was thinking of taking my ai 1 mg cap once a week to be safe or is this unwise?

No. But you can take 0.5mg and see how you feel. Do you have any bloat, achy joints, libido issues, etc? Read up on effects of high/low estro and go from there. Though you really do need bloods. Test for E2 sensitive and prolactin.
And stop playing with your nips. What you think about you bring about. So stop worrying and get on with your program!

Agree with this sometimes it psychosomatic as well as irritation from playing with them
Updated on my sore nips.still sore behind the nips no other sides and no grow behind the nipple just soreness and after chest day it's more noticeable.should I start an ai 1mg on pin days or maybe just mondays once a week?not going home for a while blood test are not an option in the near future,but getting them asap.aslo no burning or itching or swelling that is noticeable. Another question I have is what blood tests do I get like what do I say or should I say I'm on test an I want blood? Thank you

I would say get blood work done to see what your E2 is at.
1mg is a lot, most take 0.5 and I take 0.25 if your talking Arimidex? Aromasin is a different story

Look into getting pharmaceutical. Caps are hard to make with consistent dose, especially arimidex. Think about what a milligram is and how little the margin of error would be.
There’s plenty of sources here for pharm grade. More than UGL. It makes future cycles much more consistent because you’re eliminating a potential variable.
You want to get an Estradiol test sensitive preferably. This will give you the insight you need. Here’s an example.
