I am a 34 yo “busty” female & follow a strict diet & workout plan. But as much as I work out & follow a good diet - I am never able to get “ripped” in my arms & my large “bust” always overshadows the work I put in. I still look heavier even though my tummy looks fit.
I am looking to get more fit & lose the “busty” part of my chest, & get more cut in general (while still keeping a female figure). Any suggestions for a cycle to do?

I was looking into Amiridex - but my research is saying that’s more for males. I’m a newb to the steroid community & would love some advice from women who have had similar issues. If there is a thread out there that discusses this already, apologies - please link me to it.

Will that help with the large bust? I’m dying to minimize that - but I don’t want to go the surgery route. It makes me look heavier than I really am. I’m fine lowering estrogen levels if that’s what it takes, but don’t want to kill my estrogen completely..

What dose anavar would you suggest?

Diet consists of mainly staying away from simple carbs & no processed sugars..
- lots of lean meats (turkey & chicken & fish)
- lots of fruits & fresh vegetables
- I drink a gallon of water per day
- I try to stay between 1100-1300 calories per day..

And what are you doing for training ?

For anavar, I am assuming this will be your first time using? I would start with 5-10mg a day.

Surgery should be the last resort in my opinion. You should be able to achieve what you want with the proper training, diet, and supplements.

Training is daily…

Usually 45-50 minutes of cardio.. biking or running or hiking
Followed with 45-50 minutes of strength training (I don’t have a great routine here - it’s usually mixed with kettle bells, dumbbells, etc)

What dosage would you reccomend starting out for anavar/clen. I’m not as lean as I’d like to be right now - but I know that will come with more exercise… will anavar make me bulk up right away or will it also lean me out while mixing with clen?

Hi, I feel your pain. If you choose to go the aas route, please get a trainer to guide you all through your cycle. I advise you don't experiment with any aas without proper blood work. I see you have tried a few exercises already. Here are other bust targeting workouts you could try out.
Chest press, Side raises, Shoulder press, Push ups, Dumbbell pullover, and Wall push ups.
