Beginner Insulin / HGH protocol for Athlete Training Twice a Day.

Hello friends,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to help me.
I have used the search function and found useful already.
Unfortunately, all my questions could not be completely clarified.

About me :
31 and very ambitious hobby boxer
1,98
107 +- 3kg
8-10% BF

Diet divided into 6 meals
2g/kg protein
6-8g/kg Carbs
1g/kg Fat

Workout
Upper/ Lower /2x a week
Wednesday + weekend break

Daily schedule

Meal 1 Protein Carbs
Training 1 (Plyo->Boxing->Cardio) 60-75min 50g Liquid Carbs (Juice)
Meal 2 Protein Carbs Fat
Meal 3 Protein Carbs Fat
Meal 4 Protein Carbs
Training 2 (Strength) 45-60min 50g Liquid Carbs (Juice)
Meal 5 Protein Carbs Fat
Food 6 Protein Fat

Roids (pinning before bed)
150-300mg Test P / week 3 Jabs
900mg EQ/ week 3 Jabs
30mg T-Bol 10/10/10 (thinking about 1 daily dosage of 30mg morning)

HGH is now added.
M W F 4.5iu day -> Split 2.5/2

I would like to add insulin(Humalog).
I was recommended 3 IU post strength workout with 30g protein/30g dextrose/3g creatine.

1) Does it make sense to take the insulin twice a day, i.e. also after the first workout? In total 6 iu per day. 3iu seems to be very moderate

2) Is it a problem if I take insulin 4x a week but only HGH 3x a week?

3) How long should I wait after insulin+shake to eat normally? I have read 1h.

4) Can I lie down for a 2h nap after that meal or are there risks?

5) At 4.5iu HGH does it really make that a difference to split the jabs?

i feel like I'm overcomplicating what kinda sucking engery out of me brining me in stress. Wanna believe and try in Keep it Simple stupid.

Seems like overkill. I'm sure with amount of cardio your doing you have great insulin sensitivity. You should check fasting blood suger and two hour post meal levels. But if your going to do it anyway I would dose is post boxing practice only to make sure your glycogen is topped off for your even weight training. Start low. 3iu is a good starting dose but i would suggest 20grams of carbs per IU. The 10grams per IU comes from diabetics. We have great insulin sensitivity so it will usually takes more carbs to satisfy our insulin usage. It's always going to be individual though. Play it safe and start low with the insulin and high with the carbs until you find the dosages that work best for your body. Good luck
