Beginners Cycles

hi, I`m new in this forum .\\

Pls guide me if i`m wrong ..I got a question to ask ..Totally new in juice, What will you suggest to use for a new man like me.Ever when to competition and i`m looking for bulking sequence and follow with Cutting sequence.. Pls guide !!!!!!!

Start first in the nutrition forum, I started there and realized how I needed to change my diet first to see results. Then get into the stickies up top.
Post any question.
i am somewhat of a n00b as well.
This board and the vets will help you much.
But when I joined the board, that is what I was told.

Good advice Perp. If your diet and training aren't on track, you'll lose everything you get with juice. By the way, do us a favor and post your stats, age, height,weight, time under the iron.
 
How about some stats? What's your diet and training look like?

A good cycle for your first time out would be a simple-
Test Enathate- 10 weeks @ 500mg
you could throw some dbol in there-
@ 30-35mg a day weeks 1-4

Make sure to have nolva on hand, and proper pct with clomid.

Glad to see other bros here concerned about the "big" picture. So many times it seems like someone will jump up and post a cycle for these guys without seeing stats...BTW that is a great 1st time cycle NJ. I know we don't know these guys and will probably never meet them in real life, but we have an opportunity to get them going in the right direction based on our past "screw ups".
 
Hey bro.....please read up on everything that you can before you even think about aas. I was a skinny kid at 21 when a friend got me into powerlifting. I stayed at 148-155 for 3 years without aas but could still squat 375 in the 148 class. I cannot stress enough the importance of getting a good solid muscular foundation before even thinking about aas use. This is your only body for this lifetime. Well i dont recommend anyone starting a cycle until they have become educated on the subject in addition to their training and diet being dialed in right. Stats are all well and good but lets be honest, people do lie about these things, age, wieght, bf %, etc.

If someone is fixed on taking juice, theyre gonna do it, with or without the advice of the experienced people on this board. Very rarely have i ever read a post where a newbie says " yeah guys, you know what youre right, im gonna hold off on my aas use for a lil while until i get this shit a little more figured out"

Besides the fact, i wasnt really letting him in on a big secret by telling him my opinion for a first cycle, there must be hundreds of threads where people have commented on similar cycles for beginners- all he has to do is hit the search button.

Anyways, theres my rant, might have got a little off-topic but oh well, and good luck with whatever you decide to do MAN.
 
im planninng my first cycle and im planning on going with 500mg test enanth for 10weeks and 400mg of EQ for 10 weeks.

Question for the gurus, EQ under 400mg is non-effective?

I heard I should use as little amounts of steriods my first cycles, so i dont build a tolerance.

What do you say?

Again, we need to see your stats before any of us can even think about helping with your cycle. Not only will we know if you're ready, but based on what you want to accomplish will determine what is best suited for you.

Wasn't pointing you out NJ, I apologize if you took it that way. And you're right, there will be a couple that will do it no matter what, but there are others, like one particular individual last week that heeded the advice and is holding off on AAS. As long as we give them all our best effort, we've done our job responsibly.

teenagers have come to me about what gear to use. i say the same thing every time eat train take a multi-vit. no gear. at 16yrs old you are producing more than enough test.. but some how they never listen. they do a couple of cycles. maybe get their bench to 300lbs , 6 months later for some reason you never see them again :confused:

I hear ya bro. What is it with 300 bench? I've never benched 300 (probably never will with my deformed elbow), but look pretty good for 39. We are going to lose a couple that won't listen, but in the long run, we will win the war. Many, many thanks to all the bros that posted to this. Many hands make light work.

Ok, Im 21 years of age. 6'4-6'5 260+ (use to weigh over 330 and dropped down to 225, i ate very little) I have alot of extra skin, I want to fill some more of it in. Im bulking alittle now. Ive been lifting for over 3 years. This past year very seriously. I want to gain muscle and have little if none side-effects.
