Why did you decide so? or personal experience? maybe I misunderstood something

Whats the confusion? Doing the same lifts/motorpatterns for multiple sets EOD sounds like a bad longterm idea for your joints and any other potential injuries or niggles you might have. So, you'd benefit from variation both a gain/slight difference in motor pattern and muscle activation POV and your body/tendons/joints handles it better over time.

I think yes, this is the correct dosage of the load and the correct recovery. It is not necessary to move with loads and cycle, from heavy to light
