I've ran a combo of Metformin and Berberine for as long as I can remember. 500mg Metformin XR in the AM then 400mg of berberine in MCT/Lecithin gels at noon and night with meals.
I've known that they can impact muscle growth to a degree, but I've been reading about it more and more lately.
Do they impact protein synthesis enough to warrant dropping at least berberine if not both? Or are we talking about something relatively minimal.
