Tirz vs Reta with HGH

I've seen a few discussions, but no real definite answers. Which one is better to run with HGH, tirz or reta? I was thinking reta, but with the glucose that is released via reta, I'm wondering if tirz would be better. Anyone have any thoughts?

I believe on paper Tirz makes the most sense for use with GH. Only issue, depending on your goals, might be appetite suppression with higher dosages. If you’re using GH for growing it might be better to try low dose Reta, though you may also not get much appetite suppression from low dose tirz. @Ghoul has addressed this with the supporting data (that on paper tirz makes most sense with GH).

I been on 4IU of HGH for about 6 months now and using 4mg of Reta. Bloodwork showed my glucose was 92. Not the best but not the worst.

I have recently hopped over to Tirz as I hear it might be superior at controlling glucose compared to Reta but I'd have to pull labs again to confirm this. Went from 4-5mg of Reta a week to 7-10mg of tirz.

I think the glucagon activation with Reta was causing me to wake up at 3-4am basically every morning. That was getting really annoying so I figured why not try Tirz instead.

Hoping either one keeps me from turning diabetic though. Curious to hear others input.

To myself, and the ppl I'm training, Reta is better for ppl in the gym. It allows you to stay full, you can use it in a cut or muscle building phase, etc...

If you're looking for overall weight loss, Tirz is better from what we have seen. But it goes after muscle and fat, unless you do some "work arounds". Reta allows you to preserve more muscle. Even with HGH, Reta will offset some of the sides.

BOTH are great really. It just comes down to preference.

*Edit to add* Tirz seems to have a higher suppression rate when it comes to "food noise".
