Now January 1st I'd Like To Start A Cycle That Will Transform My Body Greatly. Im Already Decent Size Right Now Im 220- Trying To Be At 190 By The Time I Began This January Cycle And Around 14% Bodyfat That's What Im Shooting For...now Im Looking For A Cycle That Will Transform Me By Building Quality Muscle And With The Low/mod. Carb Diet I Will Be Using Lose Some Bodyfat Along The Way.
